I’ve always been the kind of person who loves digging into the "why" behind things. Back in school, I found myself geeking out over math problems and puzzles, trying to find patterns no one else saw. That curiosity led me to data analytics—I stumbled across a dataset during a college project and realized I could uncover stories hidden in the numbers. It was like solving a mystery, and I was hooked.
My first job as a data analyst felt like a big win after months of applying and learning on my own. I landed a role at a small company where I got to work on cleaning up messy sales data. I’ll never forget the late nights spent figuring out Excel formulas and teaching myself SQL to make sense of it all. Seeing my insights help the team make better decisions—like figuring out which products were underperforming—made me realize I was onto something I truly loved.
As I grew in my career, I started diving deeper into tools that could handle bigger challenges. I learned Python to automate repetitive tasks, got comfortable with Power BI for visualizations, and even worked on some forecasting models for a retail client. I collaborated with teams across different time zones, tackling datasets that felt overwhelming at first. Each project taught me something new, that others might miss.
Now, I’m excited to keep pushing myself. I’ve got my eye on mastering advanced techniques like predictive analytics and maybe even dabbling in AI to take my work to the next level. My goal is to turn data into something that doesn’t just inform but transforms—helping businesses make smarter moves that impact people’s lives. I want to keep learning, keep growing, and make a real difference with the insights I uncover.
